Offing Coffee began in May 2021 but was a dream in Stephanie's mind for many years before then. After being made redundant as a result of the COVID pandemic, she decided to finally take the plunge and make it happen. It was a now or never moment. So, she purchased a little 1980's caravan, renovated it with her Dad and went about creating the idyllic coffee van that had been living in her imagination for too long.
