Invitation to Tender

The Playhouse are seeking to commission a videographer for a one-off, short-term piece of work as part of a Creative Ireland project called BluePrint, in collaboration with University College Cork and Derry City and Strabane District Council.  


Brief for Videographer: 

A videographer is needed to document two 4-6 hour long workshops and up to 3 other shorter interactions with community groups based in Eglinton and Newtownstewart between May 2024 and August 2024. The workshops will take place on Saturdays with other interactions taking place midweek, possibly in the evening. Some stills photography will also be required. Dates TBC but it is expected that the first day of filming will be either Saturday 4th May or Saturday 18th May.


Respondents are invited to submit their CV and 3 image/video examples of previous similar work, along with a monetary quote for completion of this brief. The quote should be inclusive of all costs including travel. Respondents must have access to their own form of transport.

Tenders will be evaluated on relevant experience outlined in the submitted CV, the quality of the work examples provided and value for money. We reserve the right not to accept the lowest (or any) tender.
