Josef Locke Breakfast

Have a cuppa and a chat with director and producer of 'Josef Locke-A Grand Adventure', Kieran Griffiths.
The Playhouse Green Room
Tuesday 23rd June, 9.30am

Enjoy a meet and greet breakfast (and maybe hear a Josef Locke song or two!) with Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama alumni Kieran Griffiths!

About Kieran
Kieran Griffiths has an extensive performance C.V. and performed to critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as Murray Finkel in ‘The Iron Curtain' and Aesop in ‘The Fabulist' at the Cardiff International Musical Theatre Festival. He toured the United States with West End production company Spirit Productions as the lead singer and compere in the ‘12 Irish Tenors'.

Kieran joined our team at the Playhouse as Creative Producer and in house Director for the City of Culture year working on 13 critically acclaimed productions in 2013, seven as producer and six as Director. Theatrically, he very much grew up through the Playhouse and saw his craft nurtured in the North West's most fertile Artistic ground.

His most recent productions include Playhouse productions 'Walking to the Ark by Carlo Gebler in May 2015, Silent Night' and 'Grimm Tales for Kids', as well as 'West Side Story' and 'Hairspray' for the Grand Opera House Belfast. The same week in November 2015 will see this Playhouse director open our highly anticipated production of 'Josef Locke- A Grand Adventure' on the main stage of the Lyric Theatre Belfast, and just down the street, the premiere of 'White Christmas' at the Grand Opera House.
