Circus, Movement & Big Dreaming Inspired by the Afronauts’ belief that anything is possible, this workshop invites participants to explore their own “out of this world” ambitions through movement, rhythm and circus skills.
Participants are guided through:
- Playful ‘vision’ exercises
- Solo and group movement sequences
- Partner lifts and basic acrobatics
- Rhythm, voice and storytelling
- Creative exercises exploring ambition and imagination
This energetic, empowering and joyful session builds from playful exploration into a shared, uplifting moment of collective energy.
