St Columb’s Hall has full access for disabled patrons. If patrons have special requirements, please contact the Box Office on 028 7126 8027 and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Please contact us with any requirements beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate patrons with a disability.

LATECOMERS

Latecomers cannot be admitted to theatre performances until a suitable interval.

Refund Policy

Prior to the day of the performance we will be happy to refund or exchange tickets.

On or after the day of the performance, the cost of the tickets cannot be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.

All refunds must be collected within 28 days of the performance
