Women’s Word and Music At St Columb's Cathedral Sunday 8th March 2015 International Women's Day, 4pm

Featuring Lynne Edgar, Anita Robinson, Freya McClements, Julieann Campbell, Deirdre Devine

With music by The Chamber Choir, the organist and choirmaster at St Columb's Cathedral, Ian Mills, and guest artist Joanna Higgins.

St Columb's Cathedral provides the magnificent and historic setting for a special evening to mark International Women's Day 2015 with a celebration of women's words and music specially chosen to reflect the venue and the occasion.
Hosted by local writers Lynne Edgar and Felicity McCall, the evening features some of the North West's most gifted women performers and will be followed by light refreshments.

Proceeds from the evening will go towards the purchase of a hand crafted seat in memory of local historian, writer and cathedral member Annesley Malley in what is hoped will be a fitting recognition of his incomparable contribution to the cultural life of the city as an unparalleled authority on its history generously shared with us all.
